to Southwest Foot & Ankle.
Southwest Foot and Ankle Associates is a group practice
providing comprehensive preventative, medical, biomechanical,
and surgical care of the foot and ankle. The main office
is located on the campus of Southwest General Health Center
in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Our second office is part of
the Orthopedic Institute of the Great Lakes located in Brook
Park, Ohio.
Our doctors are committed to providing patients the highest
quality care possible. In addition to treatment of common
foot and ankle problems, we have expertise in the treatment
of more complex problems such as diabetic foot infections,
ulcerations, foot and ankle fractures, congenital deformities,
and those requiring specialized surgical reconstruction
and techniques.
Southwest Foot and Ankle Associates is dedicated to advancing
the practice of podiatric medicine and surgery. Our group
directs and provides instruction to the podiatric surgical
residency training program sponsored by Southwest General
Health Center. We have authored articles in professional
journals, textbooks, and lecture at scientific meetings.
We are participating providers in most major insurance
plans, workers compensation, and accept Medicare assignment.

We provide 24 hour coverage for emergencies. In case of
an emergency, call our office for advice, or go the emergency
department and ask that they contact us.
